Reservations & Payment
Your land reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of deposit, if not received within 10 days reservation will be cancelled. A deposit of $200.- usd per person is required to hold a booking. This deposit forms part of your final payment due 45 days prior to departure. If the balance is not received 45 days prior to departure the land portion of your reservation is cancelled automatically. Reservations made within 45 days of departure must be paid in full at the time of reservation. Oba Tours Int’l. reserves the right to cancel the booking and apply cancellation charges should payment not received within the specified time. Travel documents including any air tickets and instructions will be mailed to you approximately 15 days prior to departure, providing full payment has been received.

Cancellations & Refunds
* Greater than 45 days $100.- usd per person.

* 45-30 days 25%, plus any supplier cancellation fees.

* 30-10 days 50%, plus any supplier cancellation fees.

* 10-1 day 100% of total service price, plus any supplier cancellation fees.

All requests for refunds must be made in writing through Oba Tours Int’l. in Turkey within ten days after completing travel. Once travel starts, any changes made by traveler are the responsibility of the traveler and must be paid for on the spot. Once travel has started, no refunds can be made for unused portions of any tour package or service. No refund given on airline tickets once issued.

Young Tour participants
Kids under the age of 5 years and the young people under the age of 18 cannot be accepted on these tours unless escorted by his / her parent or guardian.

Tour Cancellation
Oba Tours Int’l. also reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements, provided that such cancellation advised not less than 30 days prior to scheduled departure. Oba Tours Int’l. will offer the client an alternative tour date or another tour package. If the client rejects alternative offer, a full refund will be made. Refunds will not be made for cancellations or alterations due to non-payment of the balance by the traveler.

Airlines Clause
Any changes to flight tickets will incur applicable penalties as specified by the carrier.

Passport & Visa
Vacationers will need a current passport valid until they return home. Please contact your destination countries nearest embassy for updated details or visa requirements. The visa fees are the responsibility of the traveler.

Responsibility
Oba Tours Int’l. is responsible for making arrangements for the tour package offered in the attached itineraries to include transportation, sightseeing and accommodations. The carriers, accommodations and other suppliers providing tour package services are independent contractors and are not agents, employees, associates, or joint ventures of Oba Tours Int’l. or its affiliates. Airline alternative equipment and routings are subject to change by the airline firm and will not cause in any refunds. Flight delays and the transportation changes are unfortunate, but are an inherent risk of the vacationer and therefore outside the control and responsibility of Oba Tours Int’l. All certificates and travel documents for tour package services issued by Oba Tours Int’l. are subject to the terms and conditions specified by the supplier and to laws of the countries in which the services are provided. If tour services included in the package cannot be supplied or if there are any changes beyond the control of Oba Tours International, the firm will arrange for provision of comparable services.

Oba Tours Int’l. reserves the right to accept or refuse any person as a tour member, to expel and tour participant from the package tour, to make changes in the itinerary or services whenever the firm deems it necessary for the comfort, convenience or safety of the tour members and to cancel the tour at anytime. If Oba Tours Int’l. cancels a tour package, the firm has no responsibility beyond the refund of moneys paid to the firm by the vacationer. All tour members agree that neither Oba Tours Int’l. nor its affiliates will be liable for any damage or loss including personal injury, death, property loss, delay, change in air services, sickness, strike, war quarantine, terrorism, bankruptcy, weather, upset, disappointment, incontinence, or expense occasioned by any act or omission of any supplier or person providing tour package services. Plus Oba Tours Int’l. is not responsible for failure of clients to follow instructions given in travel documents including, but not limited to, check-in and check-out times, luggage handling, and failure to obtain required documents such as passports, visas, and health certificates where required, in the above cases, vacationers will not be entitled to any refund. Only Oba Tours Int’l. representatives who possess written authority to do so, may vary, and / or waive any term or condition set forth in the preceding provisions. Any legal proceedings both on behalf and against Oba Tours Int’l. must be instituted only in Turkish state court located in Kayseri, and such claim will be decided using the laws of the government of the Republic of Turkey. Any legal proceeding against the firm must commence no later than on the year after the travel services have been completed.
